Hi, I’m Stacie Mitchell.

 

I'm a Los Angeles-based actor, educator, and speaking voice coach with over 20 years of experience helping people speak with clarity, confidence, and presence.

I’ve taught undergraduate and graduate-level voice, acting, and communication courses at Purdue University, New York Film Academy - Los Angeles, and Mt. San Antonio College. I’ve worked as a voice coach for theatre, film, and television, and as a teaching artist with organizations like The Acting Corps, Young People’s Theatre, and The National Theatre for Children.

As a performer, I’ve appeared on stage with Jeff Daniels' Purple Rose Theatre Company, Theatre of NOTE, Wild Swan Theatre, and LA Fresh Produce’d, and on screen in projects for Sony Pictures, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Lifetime.

But I didn’t grow up confident in my voice.

I was shy. Sensitive. Unsure how to take up space.

​

It wasn’t until I discovered acting and voice work that I learned how to speak from a place that felt grounded, honest, and fully me—and that changed everything.

Now, I help others do the same.
